Chapter Picnic and Member Update
Chapter Picnic at Lyman Wocking’s Pond
On Saturday, July 26, the Chapter held its annual picnic at Lyman Wocking’s Pond. The event ran from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and was attended by over 40 members and their families. Everyone was encouraged to bring fishing poles and chairs to join in the fun, with many trying their luck at catching the biggest fish.
At 5:00 PM, everyone gathered for a potluck meal and exchanged lively fishing stories, including tales of the ones that got away. The Chapter extends a sincere thank you to all who contributed a dish to share.
Scholarship Winner Introduction
During the picnic, Joseph Adams, this year’s Scholarship winner, introduced himself to the group. He spoke briefly about his college experience and his future plans, providing insight into his academic journey and aspirations.
